This is the ED single for The Tatami Galaxy, called Kami-sama no Iu Toori (lit. "As God Says It"). It's performed by Yakushimaru Etsuko, the same gal who performed the OP theme for Arakawa Under the Bridge. I don't like the latter but Kami-sama is pretty cute. I especially like the simplicity of the accompanying clip of floor plans showcased in the series' end.
